This is a great GPS Tracker with a 10' long power cable for remote installation. We like everything about it. We think it can be used in most cars and trucks. In fact, its in our lead software developer's car. Its weather resistance makes it a great option for other powered assets as well. This tracker detects the voltage change to determine ignition which makes it an easy 2-wire installation. It can also support up to two auxiliary inputs.

Battery Backup

We think this is a great GPS tracker for every kind of vehicle. Our recommendation is to set it up with the 1 minute reporting plan. This gives reports at least every minute when the ignition is on and hourly when it is not. Its actual reporting frequency is greater as it reports turns and events. It will provide great trails on the map.
